Geocaching at the Botanical Gardens- Mama.

We headed to the Botanical Gardens to look for a hidden cache. The arboretum was closed, so we had to park about a half mile away.
I gave Henry the GPS and we had a great time exploring all of the paths, waterfalls, and bridges that are hidden just out of sight of the paved paths in the garden.
Henry finally steered us to the right spot. He needs to hone his searching skills because so far I’m the one who has found all of the treasures. I think he waits for me to find them so I’ll just tell him approximately where it is and he doesn’t have to look so hard.
He finally spotted it, but still hasn’t worked up the nerve to dig a container out. Good thing because about 5 moths were nested on this one and scared me to death. (I’m terrified of butterflies and moths.)
Look at all of the goodies inside! This cache didn’t have a pen, so we didn’t get to sign the log. (Note to self: remember a pen next time!)
Henry picked out this puzzle and left behind more stickers.
We took a different route back and counted 33 turtles (as well as 3 ducks and several large koi).
