After the wedding, there was only one way to follow up all the fun- at a county fair.
We headed up to Fulton County and immediately climbed into the biggest tractor wheel we could find. This is a great shot- at least for another month until we get another cousin. (Come on, Aunt Elizabeth!)
I had a great time climbing on all of the equipment. Henry didn't bother to get his picture taken because he was climbing all the way up on top of a sprayer.
Georgie found a small wheel to pose by. You can't really see it, but her outfit is custom made by Aunt Katie. It says "Get back, JoJo" on the shirt. It's awesome!
Aunt Jenni took no time getting down to the business of eating meat on a stake. Let's take a break to appreciate all of the awesome fair food Fulton county put out. Ribbon fries, deep fried cheese curds, onion rings, chili cheese fries, footlong chili dogs. And to top it all off, we got milkshakes from the dairy producers. Mama's only regret was not getting a sausage sandwich. She even ate what one "pioneer" was calling groundhog. No one else believe that it actually was, but mama holds strong.
Only a county fair can produce love this strong.
But that wasn't the end of our awesome day!
We headed over to the Meyer house to visit and get down to celebrating some birthdays! Annalise, Nick, and George all had birthdays.
Nothings better than your own slice of chocolate chip cookie cake- topless.
Come on Grams! Give me another slice!
Thanks for my new puzzle, Tallers! And thanks for springing to have my whole name made! I have a long road ahead of me in kindergarten.
We left early from the party and headed down to Kentucky to- you won't believe this- spend the night in a hotel. That's a rare luxury for the Turners. And the next morning we ate waffles and watched the whole Phineas and Ferb movie. It was awesome.
If you want to see more pictures of our awesome weekend, head over to Aunt Jenni's blog.
Uncle Kevin, we're still waiting for your update.
