The weather has been so nice lately that we didn't want to stay inside. So we headed to the Takoma Park Folk Festival.
They had 7 stages with all kind of great music. Henry figured out how to program the camera to take pictures on it's own. Here's mama and papa dancing to the waltz band in the dance hall. We returned there later for Henry and mama to take part in a contra dance session (that's old-timey English music). Henry only agreed to it because mama promised to buy him a snack from the food truck later.
While they contra danced, we stayed at the coloring table- maybe the best part of the festival.
Later, mama found her calling- taiko, Japanese drumming. It looks pretty fun. All in all, a great day was had by all.
