Mama's dresses- June.

She did it to me, so it was only a matter of time before mama pulled out the dresses she wore when she was one.
So when Miss Kerri called us up for an impromptu picnic in the gardens, mama pulled out the dresses and grabbed her camera. Georgie was a pretty good sport about the outfit changes, but didn't take so much to posing, so mama just had to follow her around.
Mama has figured the one secret to Jo's happiness- a snack cup. Well mama didn't really figure it out. Georgie walked in the kitchen, opened the tupperware drawer, pulled out a snack cup and a lid and handed it to mama. It's funny how Henry and I still aren't allowed to have food anywhere outside of the kitchen, but Georgie gets to wander around the house with a snack cup, dropping Kix and cheerios everywhere to be stepped on.
Check out those skinny chicken legs, then scroll on down for a blast from the past.
No chicken legs here! And I had way more hair!
On to dress two. Slightly more dated, but still super cute.
This dress came all the way down to my knees when I was one. If you want to indulge yourself in a blast of baby Juner, check out the rest of my one-year photo shoot, with a guest appearance from a newly underpantsed 3-year-old Henry.
Don't be sad, Jo. A few people might stay here to look at more pictures of you.

When mama changed Georgie back into her street clothes, Miss Kerri noted that sometimes she's a bit surprised at the outfits we wear. Granted, a halter top for a baby is a bit much.
What really got Miss Kerri was the huge atrocity on my head.
Ack! It's getting closer.
Mama picked this up at a consignment sale as a joke for bald Jo, but I really took to it. And mama hates to admit that that ginormous flower does a good job of keeping hair out of my eyes.
We headed over to the duck pond to feed bread to the ducks and fish.
Meanwhile Georgie lagged behind and alternated looking introspective and running straight for the water.

I love hanging out with Andy when the big kids are in school. Finally I get to be included in something. And Andy and I really get along well.
We each take turns being in charge and taking orders. (Plus mama loves that Henry used to wear this shirt and that Andy screams "Miss Becky!" and runs in for a hug every time he sees her.)
Maybe it's because we had those one-year photos of me up, but don't I look so grown-up in this picture?
