Delhi Day 1- Mama.

The first stop in Delhi was the Baha'i Temple. Designed to look like a lotus flower, it was really a fantastic place.
If not fantastic for the building, then for the tons of school groups visiting and all the kids excited to see Americans and practice their English. We were celebrities.
Next up was the India Gate- India's version of the Vietnam wall.

Our last stop of the day was Humayun's Tomb (finished in 1571). I have the exact same shot of the building on a bag of basmati rice I got at Trader Joe's.

Pretty impressive for a guy who died when he accidentally fell off his balcony.
The Wagner girls.
Aunt Jenni took this great shot.
Not only is it amazing that there are so many amazing buildings built hundreds of years ago, but it's amazing that in India they are still doing work using bamboo scaffolding. This guy was building some around this dome. and I'm pretty sure he wasn't wearing any safety harness.

Having been awake since 4am, Jenni and I were feeling pretty silly by the evening. So we set up a fancy senior picture photo shoot.

This is Aunt Jenni's Indian Tourism shot. Mendhi, shawl, bag, and shoes.
