Halloween season- June.

Miss Kerri accurately described the month on her blog- Halloween Season. School parties, moms' club parties, church parties, neighborhood parties. Needless to say, we are rolling in candy and plastic trinkets.
We were going to skip the party put on by the church at my school, but papa wasn't feeling good, so we left him at home to watch the Bengals game in peace. Henry took a turn at the pinata.
And Georgie ran around at top speed, leaving Henry and I to play games and have fun. They even had a hot dog supper. Guess who didn't eat anything (me) and who threw back 2 hot dogs and had to be dragged out screaming for more food (Jo)?
On actual Halloween, we had the gang over for supper then hit the neighborhood for some trick or treating.
It's not a good shot, but you can see how excited I am.
This isn't a good shot of the kids, but mama did convince Papa to put on his knight costume. Looking awesome, Pi!
Mama and I coordinated a group costume this year. They were the princess and the frog.
Finally, a good picture with the skeletons! We stopped at a house and I succeeded in charming our neighbor, Miss Yvonne, so much that she went out and got me a fancy spider ring just like hers. Looks like the Turner charm is still working.
